Shipping

For all orders, please make sure that the address information provided is the address in which you'd like to receive your order.

All orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. Please include a contact number (ESPECIALLY if you're placing an international order) with your address information.

All orders in the US take 2 to 3 business days for arrival, not including processing time (usually no more than 5-7 days) and holidays.

All orders to Canada & Mexico may take 6 to 10 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays.

All orders to other countries may take 10 to 14 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays.

Items ship within 3-5 days of processed order. In some cases, processing may be delayed due to unforeseen issues with factory orders for specific products. Should there be any delay, all customers will be notified via email of said delay and expected delivery times.

Please keep in mind that custom orders or requests for items that are out of stock may require additional time for processing. You will be notified via email of any time delays.

Kill Pink is not responsible for issues involving customs. If you have any specific requests regarding customs and shipment, please send an email to cs@killpink.com.

Kill Pink is also not responsible for lost items or items damaged in transit.

Returns

Due to the item availability, all sales are final. Please make sure that you specify wrist measurements.

UPDATE 1/8/2018: Items purchased with sizing selected will fall within the range for each size provided. If an item needs to be resized due to customer's incorrect measuring, there is a $5-15 restring fee PER BRACELET and buyer is responsible for shipping TO and FROM Kill Pink. Please email cs@killpink.com BEFORE returning your item to be quoted exact pricing. The variance is in whether it's simply being restrung OR if beads have to be added, changing of branding charms, paves switched out, etc. The restring fee is a requirement, no exceptions. To avoid this fee, please measure your wrist and give precise numbers at checkout. If the error is Kill Pink's, shipping costs will be covered. Kill Pink™ works diligently to ensure that all jewelry items purchased are a true reflection of quality and attention to detail. We understand that sometimes, things happen & items are defective.

If you receive a defective item, you have 3 calendar days from the date of package arrival to notify us at cs@killpink.com. Should the item purchased be defective, we will replace bracelet with a duplicate. If a duplicate option is not available, we will offer an item of similar value. ALL sales are final.
