Shipping
For all orders, please make sure that the address that you have listed on Paypal is the address you would like to have your shipment sent. For security purposes, Kill Pink™ only delivers to addresses listed via your paypal account. Kill Pink™ is NOT responsible for mail that's delivered to an incorrect address. If you log into Paypal and click "profile," the system will walk you through updating address information.
All orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. If you would like insurance on your item, please specify this in the message portion of your order and you’ll be contacted with rate information. Tracking numbers and delivery confirmations are included at no charge. Insurance on your items are optional; however, if you elect not to take advantage of insurance, Kill Pink is NOT responsible for items lost through mail (please contact us before placing an order to find out insurance costs). Please include a contact number (ESPECIALLY if you're placing an international order) with your address information.
US: $5 no matter how many items ordered
All orders in the US take 2 to 3 business days for arrival, not including processing time and holidays.
Canada & Mexico: $12 (up to 4 lbs. 4.01-20lb is $27.95. 20.01+ please contact)
All orders to Canada & Mexico may take 6 to 10 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays.
All other countries: $14 (up to 4 lbs. 4.01-20lb is $46. 20.01+ please contact)
All orders to other countries may take 10 to 14 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays.
Items ship within 3-5 days of processed order (all orders processed within 24-48 hours)
Please keep in mind that custom orders or requests for items that are out of stock may require additional time for processing. You will be notified via email of any time delays.
Returns
Kill Pink™ works diligently to ensure that all items purchased are a true reflection of quality and attention to detail. We understand that sometimes, some things just don’t work out.
Please note that you have up to 10 days upon receipt of your item to return it for an exchange only**. You can send your returns to:

Items that have been excessively worn and/or damaged (i.e., scratched up, broken, etc.) through buyer’s fault are ineligible for return. In the event that your bracelet ‘pops’ (breaks) within three months of purchasing, the bracelet can be restrung at no cost to you but shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you need to return an item, please send an email to notify us of your return to info@killpink.com so that your parcel can be monitored for delivery. When preparing your return, please include a self addressed stamped envelope (preferably padded to further protect your item) or you can submit a request to have it sent priority mail for a flat rate fee of $5. Items that were incorrectly sized at the fault of Kill Pink™ will be shipped back out at no cost to the customer*. If you have questions about a return, please email info@killpink.com with RETURNS in the subject line. All sales on orders are FINAL!
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* - Customer must specify if special sizing is required. If no specifications are made, it is assumed jewelry is to be fitted for average size.
** - Exchanges are applicable for either the same product or one of equal/lesser value. Items that were recently added are not eligible to be exchanged for previously purchased materials.
