For all orders, please make sure that the address that you have listed on Paypal is the address you would like to have your shipment sent. For security purposes, Kill Pink™ only delivers to addresses listed via your paypal account. We are NOT responsible for mail that's delivered to an incorrect address. If you log into Paypal and click "profile," the system will walk you through updating address information.
All orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. Please include a contact number (ESPECIALLY if you're placing an international order) with your address information.
All orders in the US take 2 to 3 business days for arrival, not including processing time (usually no more than 5 days) and holidays.
All orders to Canada & Mexico may take 6 to 10 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays.
All orders to other countries may take 10 to 14 business days for arrival, not including processing time or holidays.
Items ship within 3-5 days of processed order (all orders processed within 24-48 hours). In some cases, processing may be delayed due to unforeseen issues with factory orders for specific products. Should there be any delay, all customers will be notified via email of said delay and expected delivery times.
Please keep in mind that custom orders or requests for items that are out of stock may require additional time for processing. You will be notified via email of any time delays.
Due to the item availability, all sales are final. Cancellations are only honored within 24 hours of purchase.
Kill Pink™ works diligently to ensure that all jewelry items purchased are a true reflection of quality and attention to detail. We understand that sometimes, things happen & items are defective.
If you receive a defective item, you have 3 calendar days from the date of package arrival to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should the item purchased be defective, we will replace bracelet with a duplicate. If a duplicate option is not available, we will offer an item of similar value. Limited quantity items at soft launch (starting 9/5/14) are not eligible for refunds. ALL sales are final. Defective items can be sent to:

Items that have been excessively worn and/or damaged (i.e., scratched up, broken, etc.) through buyer’s fault are ineligible for exchange. In the event that your bracelet ‘pops’ (breaks) within 30 days of purchasing, the bracelet can be restrung at no cost to you but shipping (both ways) will be the responsibility of the buyer. When preparing your return, please include a self addressed stamped envelope (preferably padded to further protect your item).
